We use efficient, focused storytelling models instead of the largest general-purpose ones. A scene needs a good narrator, not a supercomputer.
No wasted generations
Scenes are generated once, saved and replayed from storage. Failed requests cost you nothing and are not silently retried in a loop.
Light by design
Compressed images, no autoplay video, no tracking pixels from ad networks. A lighter page uses less energy on your device and our servers.
Honest, not green-washed
Running AI uses electricity. We won't pretend otherwise or claim to be carbon-neutral. We'll share what we measure, and what we can't yet.

We're a small, independent team. Rather than make promises we can't keep yet, we tie bigger commitments to real milestones.

When Playtale covers its own costs
We start publishing a simple yearly footprint estimate and prefer hosting regions with cleaner energy.
When we're steadily profitable
We intend to set aside a share of profit for verified climate projects, and we'll report it openly. Creators and keeping the lights on come first.
